1. Agreement to Terms

By using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

3. Manager Responsibilities

As an event manager, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of event details you provide.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respecting the privacy of attendees and handling their data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Ticketing and Gate Entry

GamShows provides a platform for digital ticket sales and gate scanning. Our responsibilities are limited to the digital aspect of event management.

• Physical Tickets: We are not responsible for the sale, distribution, or management of physical (printed) tickets. Any monetary loss or issues arising from physical ticket sales are the sole responsibility of the event manager.
• Gate Scanning: Our primary role at the event gate is to scan and validate tickets issued through our platform.
• Safety and Security: In situations involving overcrowding or any other safety concerns at the event entrance, we reserve the right to prioritize the safety and security of our staff. This may include pausing or halting ticket scanning procedures until the situation is deemed safe. We are not liable for any entry delays or failures to scan all tickets under such circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GamShows and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GamShows, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
